History

Northern Protocol Inc. has been repairing computers for a long time, since 2000 to be precise. Aaron has been working with computers since 1983 when his family first bought an Apple II. He quickly found out that he really enjoyed working on it and before long was writing his own programs. Northern Protocol Inc. was started with that same passion and the desire to use it to help other people.

The idea caught on quite quickly. Northern Protocol has quickly grown from a small onsite computer repair business to the largest facility of it’s kind in Simcoe County. We now have three locations in Barrie, Alliston and Stayner and a full staff of friendly and accomplished Apple, PC and Linux specialists. In fact it has become known as a one stop shop for any computer related issues, even web design, internet service and online backup.

Charity

Northern Protocol is also very active in the community and supports numerous charities with their computer repair, including the Busby Centre, Salvation Army, Cope Service Dogs and Gilda’s Club. As someone that once lived through homelessness and poverty, Aaron takes an active role in supporting local organizations that bring hope to the disadvantaged.

Focus

While we have quite a history and mandate, our focus is simple. To deliver excellent and uncompromising service and computer repair to Barrie. We strive to make a difference and have been blessed to have many follow in our footsteps. We’ve even been honoured with “Barrie’s Best Computer Repair” and “Best Customer Service in Simcoe County” awards.

At the end of the day, though, it all boils down to this: You will get your computer fixed and you will experience a level of unparalleled personal service in the process. If this sounds good to you, contact us today at 705.812.2236 and let us make your computer problems disappear, whatever they may be.
